1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Mutiny ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mutiny. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to your use.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mutinyapp.gg if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use and Zero Tolerance
Mutiny has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, dox, or intimidate anyone
- Post hate speech or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious illness
- Post or share child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving a minor
- Share intimate images or videos of anyone without their consent, including AI-generated or altered images
- Post graphic violence, content encouraging self-harm, or content promoting terrorism or violent extremism
- Spam, phish, impersonate others, or conduct fraudulent activity
- Infringe anyone's copyright or other intellectual property
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or distribute malware
- Violate any applicable law
5. Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement
You can report any message or user from inside Mutiny, and block any user so you no longer see them. Anyone, with or without an account, can report content at mutinyapp.gg/safety.
- We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing the content and suspending or banning the user responsible.
- We remove intimate images shared without consent, and known identical copies, within 48 hours of a valid request under the TAKE IT DOWN Act.
- We report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law, and preserve related records as the law requires.
- We terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Server owners and moderators may also enforce their own rules within their servers.
6. Content You Post
You retain ownership of content you post on Mutiny. By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and its legality.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep Mutiny running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruptions.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from account settings in the app, or by contacting support@mutinyapp.gg. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
